I think it makes a big difference for this workout whether your forskin is intact or you are cut. To make it effective you have to apply enough pressure until you feel a real resistance.. Moving your fingers with this pressure towards the glans will also move your foreskin - if you have one. If not lube won‘t help much as you don‘t just slide above your penises surface.
