Dear Velv'Or community member,

Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal aka the 14-day cooling-off period of this article does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As all products sold on my web shop are made-to-order and/or personalised, no statutory right of withdrawal applies.
