This is an ongoing blog post about "Men’s Sexual Wellness Over 40". While it is a topic that is never ending regards information I will continuously add more information to this post!
As a penis owner born in 1976 I am in this age range already for some years and due to my nearly daily fitness routine my body has an above average fitness level and a minimum amount of fat which also results in a healthy sexual body. The blood flow in my body is due to my Interval Weight Trainings, zone 2 cardio workouts on our Echo Bike, my Rucking/walking with weights and of course my penis fitness workouts very good and results in very strong erections which I can maintain for a long time. Unfortunately I like over 75% of all penis owners on our earth often come too early. I personally believe that this is not always generated by a sensitive penis but often due to a chemical reaction in my brain. I unfortunately haven't found the solution yet but can tell you that smoking some hashish/weed often result in me coming on a more satisfying time. I took HTP-5, L-Alanine, Tryptophan to boost the serotonin level in my brain but did not found the right level of intake yet. My Kegel / pelvic floor muscles are pretty strong while exercises for these muscles are part of my penis fitness routine and it is also massages while being EnRinged with one of my JNaja's, JNata's.
I read some interesting things about Sildenafil (goes by the brand name Viagra), Tadalafil (goes by the brand name Cialis) and Dapoxetine (goes by the brand name Priligy) to help you come at more satisfying time but learned that the last one can give some unpleasant side effects. If some of you guys have experience here. I also read interesting things

Some information
The male sexual organs, also known as the reproductive organs, include both external and internal structures. The external structures are the penis and the scrotum which contains the testicles (also called testes). Internal structures include the epididymis, vas deferens, seminal vesicles, prostate gland, and bulbourethral glands (also known as Cowper's glands). These organs work together to produce and transport sperm, produce hormones, and facilitate reproduction.
Here's a more detailed look at each part:
External Structures:
Penis: The external sexual organ, primarily responsible for urination and sexual intercourse.
Scrotum: A sac of skin that holds the testicles and helps regulate their temperature, which is crucial for sperm production.
Testicles: Two oval-shaped organs within the scrotum that produce sperm and testosterone (the primary male sex hormone).
Internal Structures:
Epididymis: A long, coiled tube located on the back of each testicle where sperm mature and are stored.
Vas Deferens: A tube that carries sperm from the epididymis to the seminal vesicles.
Seminal Vesicles: Sac-like glands that produce a fluid that nourishes and helps transport sperm.
Prostate Gland: A gland that produces fluid that mixes with sperm and seminal fluid to form semen.
Bulbourethral Glands: Also known as Cowper's glands, these produce a fluid that lubricates the urethra before ejaculation.
Urethra: A tube that carries both urine and semen out of the body.
