I was a little skeptical of the odd shape of this ring, flaring outwards as it does, but when I put it on I was immediately impressed by how comfortable it is to move in. The graceful curves gently push my balls forward without pinching, even when wearing jeans. The lower top profile is also smart to allow the penis to move upwards more easily. The tail provides just the right amount of pressure on the perineum. I like ergonomic rings and this is the best I've tried.
