Personally I am naked in the locker room when I undress to put on my workout clothing and naked before, during and after shower. I am pretty confident about my body and even though my penis is often less filled with blood after the workout I am not ashamed of my blood penis while I know it grows when I want it to grow.

In the past my gym had a shower and I only used a towel to sit on; preferably on the edge so my package could hang low and fill itself comfortable with blood. The cool thing about doing this is seeing your balls move in their scrotum and your penis grown and shrink. It makes you feel alive and fully connected with your masculinity/manhood.
