PWOD - Swinging


One of the most simple and very effective PWODs - Penis Workouts Of the Day is Swinging. It is basically just swinging your penis in multiple directions to boost the bloodflow in your manhood. In my perspective there isn't a time limit so enjoy it as long as you got time for it.

Grap your penis at its base with your index and middle finger. The palm of your hand faces towards your belly. Make a quick shaking movement with your fingers so your penis will swing from left to right and will be filled with blood while doing so.

Make reps of 50 and repeat this doing a total of 4 sets. Take some rest and repeat again and make 16 sets at least.
