I think it makes a big difference for this workout whether your forskin is intact or you are cut. To make it effective you have to apply enough pressure until you feel a real resistance.. Moving your fingers with this pressure towards the glans will also move your foreskin - if you have one. If not lube won‘t help much as you don‘t just slide above your penises surface. The good thing is that your fingertips feel the inner structure of your penis in every detail, which I think is a great experience.
Though I don‘t think that doing 16 sets of 40 moves as reccomended in the instructions (that would make 640 slow moves with all the pressure you can apply!) is a realistic aim. When I do four times 40 my penis tells me: leave me alone! Afterwards I need some time until he feels good again.
