Penis rings or cock rings

The first documented use of penis rings, Morena Nerri and Ivano Messinese explain in their book, dates back to around 1200, in China. Since then, the design of these sex toys has significantly evolved, but their function is the same: to limit blood flow and conserve blood in the penis to increase turgidity, and prolong the duration of an erection. Almost all rings must be worn with the penis at rest or semi-erect, sliding them at the base with lubricant: they must not be too tight, nor annoying. It is recommended not to wear them for more than 20-30 minutes and never get to the point where you feel numb, and generally approach their use gradually.

For those who have never tried one, it is better to start with an adjustable ring: for example the JBoa by Velv’Or, which is a rubber string with a closure that creates a small loop of variable size.
